Traditionally LAZYoga is a full body massage performed on a padded mat on the floor with the client wearing comfortable clothes that allow for movement. Massage therapist is an active partner in the Yoga duo and the client is a passive " lazy" partner receiving the benefits of the bodywork.
The session may last one and a half to three hours. The session involves stretching, deep tissue manipulation and working with lines of energy known as SEN lines. Client may be positioned in a variety of yoga positions, but deep static and rhythmic pressure form the core of the massage. Even though the client is being passively moved, Thai Massage is deeply relaxing.
Table Thai Massage Description
Many people would like to experience what it is like to be relaxed, feeling that their body is in the right place and all muscles are in the right shape, just like after a traditional Thai massage session. However, some newcomers are not ready to experience the full power of stretching and compression. Some may fear the "heavy weight" of the therapist. Some may believe in the myth that they may end up as a "pretzel" against their will. Table Thai massage gives the client an opportunity to experience all the benefits of Thai massage without going too far too fast into the bodywork. Table Thai has all the elements of traditional Thai massage, including compressions, joint movements, muscle stretching, and balancing the energy. Use of the table limits some extreme yoga poses which require a wider space to execute the move. During the session the client wears loose clothes that allow free movement.
Table Thai Massage Integration Description
Table Thai massage is highly versatile and gives an opportunity to blend some elements of Thai massage with classic Swedish massage, myofascial work and other traditional techniques. The client may be offered traditional table settings using draping and lotion throughout the the session. All moves are performed with proper draping. This allows use of various techniques to deliver a customized approach with detailed attention to a specific body area or the whole body.

Testimonials
"Yulia's Thai Therapy / Massage is the best I have ever had. And I had quite a bit. Thai Therapy is the only therapy for me, which helps me to relax my legs. I am a long distance cyclist and cannot stretch my hamstrings and hip flexors enough anymore, just by myself. Yulia has an incredible anatomic and biomechanic knowledge, which gives her the assurance, not to dislocate any joints or overtretch nerves and muscles. Her personal touch is angel like and she is completely in tune with her body and her body works. Thank you for all your help and wonderful friendship."
Barbara R., South Lake Tahoe, California, 2007 ***** "For years, I’ve been dealing with degenerative discs, a compressed and cranky lower back, and tight, sore, and sometimes spasming hip muscles. After trying acupuncturists, rolfers, osteopathic body workers, a number of massage therapists, and various forms of yoga, I discovered Yulia Rylkova and Thai massage …She offers a rare combination of knowledge, strength, empathy, humor, and art. Because Thai massage is an art, and unlike other forms of body work, also a collaboration between you and your practitioner. And this collaboration doesn’t end when you walk out the door—your body remembers… I strongly recommend Yulia and Thai massage to dancers, athletes, and really for anyone with musculo-skeletal aches and pains that haven’t responded to other therapies. Give Thai massage a try…you might be pleasantly surprised by the revelation…just as I was.
